Try us

Not sure outsourcing is right for your firm?

Then do not decide yet. Send us one job and judge the work instead of the pitch. You will see how we ask questions, how fast we turn around, and what our review actually catches — before you commit to anything.

The trial, in six stages

One job, start to finish.

The trial runs exactly like live work. Same preparers, same review, same standards. Nothing is staged for the demo.

Trial 01

Pick a job worth testing

A typical, well-scoped compliance or bookkeeping job. A set of annual accounts, one GST return, one clean-up. Something representative, not your easiest file and not your worst nightmare.

Trial 02

We clarify the requirements

What you want back, in what format, by when, and how we get access. This is also where you tell us which templates and checklist to use.

Trial 03

You get a fixed quote

A price before any work starts, so there is no cost uncertainty in the experiment. If we think the file will blow the scope, we say so now.

Trial 04

We do the work

Prepared in your workpapers, indexed to your references, with queries raised the way your team prefers to receive them.

Trial 05

You review it properly

Put it through your normal review. Mark it the way you would mark a graduate’s file. Tell us exactly what you found — that feedback is the point of the exercise.

Trial 06

You decide, or you do not

Scale into a dedicated seat, move to job-based packages, or walk away. There is no follow-up campaign if the answer is no.

Request a trial job

Tell us about the job.

Six fields. We will come back with clarifying questions and a fixed quote, usually within one business day.

Where is your practice based?

Entity type, software, rough volume and your deadline is enough to quote from. No client names needed at this stage.

No obligation. We will not add you to a mailing list.

Choosing well

What makes a good trial job.

Send us this

  • A job that looks like the bulk of your portfolio
  • Complete records, or a clear note on what is missing
  • A real deadline, so turnaround is genuinely tested
  • Your actual templates and review checklist
  • An entity type you handle often

Maybe not this

  • The file nobody has been able to fix for three years
  • A job due in two days, where nothing can go wrong
  • Your single most complex group structure
  • Something so simple it proves nothing either way

We are happy to take the difficult ones later. For a first job, something typical tells you far more about what an ongoing relationship would feel like.

You manage the client. We help you manage the workload.

Start with one job. No retainer, no minimum term, no obligation to continue.
